1.How did you get into radio? Straight out of university. It’s been sixteen turbulent years!

3.Describe your radio show in one sentence? It’s got requests in.
4.As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up? This. But I might change my mind…
5.What was the first record you ever bought? ‘To France’ – a 1983 flop by Mike Oldfield.
6.If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be? Hair would be good. Ta.
7.If a film was made of your life which actor do you think should play your character? Brando. In his fat, old and bald period obviously.
8.Outside of radio have you ever won an award/medal for anything and if so what? A prize for an essay I wrote in high school.
9.Do you ever get recognised when you are out and about? No. I get mistaken for Gordon Honeycombe though.
10.What’s the latest song you’ve heard that you love and can’t stop listening to? An ancient thing – but new to me – ‘Landslide’ by Fleetwood Mac.
