I have been on holiday for the last few days and have to admit that my no smoking good intentions flew straight out of the window.

It was one of my friends birthdays so we went out for a night out in Leeds and I found it too hard not to smoke when I was drinking even though it was raining and I had to stand outside!

My aim is to be stopped by the end of the month so I will be back on the patches tomorrow getting an itchy leg and feeling sad probably.
