I want a cigarette!

I'm feeling sad today. I haven't had a cigarette so that's good but I really miss them!

It's like when you're little and your mum says you can't see your friends and it makes you sulk and feel hard done by. That's how I feel. I'm not really having any physical cravings because the patches are doing a pretty good job it's more the actual habit of doing it that I can't get over.

I'm hoping this will get easier as I've signed up to do an Allen Carr stop smoking session at the end of the month. From what I've read it's more about the mental aspect of helping you stop and that's what I need!
