NHS quit kit

My NHS quit kit has arrived in the post and it's about time really. I desperately need something to get me back on track. I've not had a single smoke free day since I decided to give up so I have failed miserably so far! In fact it's been a lot harder than I thought it would be.

I've got a little chart though now, some stickers, a thing to keep your hands busy and some MP3's to help you relax so I'll try them out and just take one day at a time.
